David Fullbrook | CEO, Development & Acquisitions
David is a principal and founder of Merchant House Capital. He has held various senior executive positions in a number of real estate development and investment partnerships since establishing Merchant House Capital in 2010. David began his first commercial real estate company, Pacific 1 Properties in Portland, Oregon in 1993 at the age of 27. He completed his undergraduate degree at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC and his graduate studies at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC in leadership and entrepreneurial studies. David currently serves as a board member of the Greater Victoria Housing Society.

Paul Silk | President, COO
Paul is a principal of Merchant House Capital. Paul brings over 15 years of experience in stakeholder relations, fundraising and real estate in both profit and non-profit environments. Over his career, Paul has raised over $200m from individuals, family offices, pension funds and endowments to invest in Western Canadian Real Estate. Paul holds a Masters in Business Administration from UBC, and also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of British Columbia. Paul has completed three real estate licensing courses at the Sauder School of Business including Rental Property Management, Strata Management and Real Estate Trading Services. Paul formerly served as a member of the Education Advisory Committee at the Vancouver Foundation.

vincent chang | chief financial officer
Vincent has over 17 years of real estate experience which involved the acquisition and management of over $2 billion worth of real estate in Canada. Vincent has held various senior executive roles in a number of real estate development and investment companies including Hungerford Properties, Associates BC and Bentall Kennedy. Vincent currently serves on the Board of Directors of InnVest Hotels and chairs its Audit and Risk Committee. Vincent has also served as a Board Member and the Treasurer at the Burnaby Hospice Society since 2014. Vincent holds a dual Masters in Business Administration degree from Cornell University and Queen’s University, and also has a Bachelor of Accounting degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Vincent is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder, in addition to holding a CPA and CMA in Canada.
Kris Brawley | Development Management
Kris is a professional development manager with extensive development experience across North America. Kris is a principal and director of Ecovelopment Projects Inc., a development management firm with over $200m of completed projects across Canada since 2007. Kris holds a Masters of Education degree from Lewis and Clark College, Portland, Oregon and a Bachelor of Science (Business) from San Diego State University. Kris has served as a board member for Salt Spring Island Conservancy’s Education Division.
Sean McMann | Senior Vice-President, Capital Markets
Sean McMann boasts nearly two decades of experience in the finance sector, specializing in raising private capital since 2008. He worked as a licensed advisor with prominent exempt market dealers in Canada and has held multifaceted roles as a consultant and wholesaler which have been instrumental in guiding various groups in structuring investment offerings, navigating the market, and securing private capital. With extensive experience in structuring and raising private capital, Sean has meticulously evaluated countless investment opportunities and successfully raised hundreds of millions of dollars in equity for numerous private investment endeavours, predominantly in the North American real estate sector.
Wyatt Fullbrook | Property Management and Acquisitions
Wyatt completed his post-graduate work studying construction management and business at Camosun College and Northern Alberta Institute of Technology before entering the commercial real estate industry in Victoria in 2018. He currently leads Merchant House’s property management and leasing services while maintaining an active role in current project construction management and acquisitions.
